In my opinion this law will return us back to the past and will keep the knowledge and the communication hidden ans away from the public.Of course if this law is applied,it depends how strict they will go with it but still many things-parts of our everyday life anymore, like facebook or wikipedia- are in danger to be forbidden or anyway somehow affected.
That is true, and it is indeed a big risk. of course i can see tha govermants point of view - stopping piracy and keeping the copyrights save. but i think this step is going to far, since much more things are prohibited then, not only illegal copies of articles or books or music. I think there must be found a solution that goes much more into detail and not generally stops so many things from beging legal.
